Finding a friendly, honest, and well priced cell repair shop is like trying to find an honest car mechanic, very tough. This place is all those things. She was friendly and gave me cost saving options for a screen and battery replacement. Would repeat, and recommend.

I brought my laptop in to Shewali at the wireless station after I unfortunately broke the screen. Within an hour, she gave me a very reasonable quote as well as a timeline to expect the repair to be done. I told her to go ahead with the fix. She delivered on her promises - and three days later I came to get the laptop, and paid the agreed amount as well. Screen looks crisp and as good as new. If you need professional, reasonable, and quick service done on any type of device (android, apple, laptop, pc, mac) then I can't recommend these folks enough - they are experts!

Unbeatable price for the iPhone repair we needed - I'd recommend everyone to go here instead of getting your device fixed at Apple! Super quick service, and Shiwali (who runs the store) made sure the phone worked and turned on before giving it back - she genuinely cares and wants the customer to have a good experience. Friendly and nice to chat with while we were waiting for the phone to charge. Communicative the whole time and updated us on the progress since we had to leave the phone overnight. i had given up on trying to get a phone within my budget to replace my Note 5 because other phones stores had ripped me off big time. recently i just casually walked into The Wireless Station to look and within an hour i was walking out so excited with a brand new phone. Thanks to SHIWALI who was so courteous and helpful from the moment i walked into the store she made me so comfortable by smiling asking my name. i told her about my past experiences and she sympathized with me and assisted me to choose a good quality phone within my budget to my satisfaction. Shiwali customer service ethics is unmatched and unlike any other because she gave me an unforgettable experience which i never got anywhere else. she was so patient with me and never rushed me into spending my money into something i would regret like the guys at Bramalea city centre did to me. I know that this review is a bit long but i need to let the world know that i am a very very happy customer of The Wireless Station. I can now put my Note 5 away without any regrets and i will be visiting for other products and services and their good prices. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND WIRELESS STATION TO EVERYBODY.
